The Fair Media exhibition was held in Malmo, Sweden on 15th - 16th of October. Fair Media has been organising fairs for the past 8 years for qualified and potential buyers in the Nordic countries, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Fair Media is Scandinavia's largest and busiest exhibition for the purchase of properties abroad.

The property show held at Luftkastellet, Slagthuset in Malmo saw 1939 visitors. Ms. Jurga Skrabulyte, Marketing Manager for EMP Advisers said that the show was a great success, and every single exhibition visitor was very decided where and when they are going to buy their dream house.

Due to the strengthening of the Swedish economy it has made buying a property abroad that much easier.

The property show in Malmo previewed a variety of seminars free to the public on tax implications when buying a property abroad, retirement abroad and borrowing options when buying properties abroad.

EMP Advisers generated 123 sales leads. Most popular destinations among the visitors were France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Florida and many more sunny countries. Budgets for purchasing a holiday home varied from Euro 150,000 to Euro 350,000.
