The Second Home International fair was held in Utrecht, Netherlands on 30th of September till 2nd of October. Second Home International saw thousands visit their exhibition. The Second Home International has been organising fairs for the past 15 years with twoeditions per year, in March and in October for potential buyers who are looking to buy an international second home for residence or investment. They are the largest international show in the field of second homes in Europe and have invited exhibitors from all over the world to showcase their new projects and innovations to the potential buyers.

The property show held at The Jaarbeurs in Utrecht saw 6000 plus visitors with over 350 exhibitors showing, including EMP Advisers. At the show were all the latest innovations, techniques and new models for building. It gave visitors the chance to view buildings, residential projects and architecture. Visitors were given the opportunity to exchange information with leading international organisations and companies.

The show was the perfect place for initiating new contacts, exchanging information and making direct sales.

The property show in Utrecht previewed a variety of free seminars on how to invest in real estate and get results, and topics surrounding the purchase and possession of fractional ownership.
